– This is a full time 40 hour per week opportunity. (We offer flex-time hours.)
– This position resolves customer debt by working with consumers to reduce or eliminate financial balances. Pay is a direct result of performance. Financial Recovery Specialists work in a call center environment handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls. Employees in this results oriented position will answer questions and determine the best way to resolve outstanding balances.
-New hire training is provided with extensive client specific information. Tenured employees serving as a mentor, aid in the success of our newly trained talented staff. The ideal candidate will be financially motivated and possess professional communication and customer service skills. Previous call center experience and financial backgrounds are a plus.
