Our agents are trained to treat all debtors with the utmost respect and to provide them with a dignified experience while working to satisfy their debt. We understand that healthcare debt is not voluntary debt. Our agents are sensitive to the fact that some debtors will require time to satisfy a debt and while attempting always to minimize the time required to satisfy that debt, will work with a cooperative debtor to achieve a mutually acceptable resolution.
In recognition of the worth that each individual has regardless of the debt they may carry, each employee of ARS has signed and committed to ACA International’s “Collector’s Pledge.” In addition, the Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) Certification of the ACA International requires ongoing quality review and remediation when and where necessary. Our entire collection team goes through continuing education and quality improvement to insure that we have the highest quality of service available to our clients at all time.
